1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI Studio provides AI-powered image and video generation services. Users can generate content using text prompts or reference images through various AI models. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase or are allocated credits to use for generation.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Billing
Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan. Different generation operations consume different amounts of credits. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits from monthly allocations do not roll over unless specified by your plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. You may not use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. You grant AI Studio a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI Studio does not claim ownership over your generated content.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
