1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cretivi (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Description of service
Cretivi provides AI-powered image and video generation. Users generate content from text prompts or reference images via various AI models. The Service operates on a credit-based system.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Credits and billing
Credits are allocated by subscription plan or purchased in one-off packs. Different operations consume different credit amounts. Credits are non-transferable. Monthly credits don't roll over unless your plan states otherwise. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Prices, taxes and VAT
All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Customers located in the European Union are charged an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed price. This VAT is shown separately at checkout before you pay and is itemised on your invoice. Customers outside the EU pay the listed price with no VAT. The billing country you select at checkout determines whether VAT applies. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month at the same price plus any applicable VAT until you cancel.
6. Payments and payment processing
Card payments on the Service are securely processed by Revolut and its affiliates, acting as our payment processor. By making a purchase you also agree to Revolut's applicable terms. We do not receive or store your full card details; card data is handled by Revolut. Your purchase may appear on your statement under our company or trading name. Refunds, where granted, are returned through Revolut to the original payment card — see our Refunds policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. Don't reverse engineer or use automated systems beyond normal usage.
8. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you generate. You grant Cretivi a license to store and process it as needed to provide the Service. Cretivi does not claim ownership of your outputs.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account anytime. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
